Seminar, Workshop, Course, Mentoring, Hosting and Bonusses - Terms and Conditions

Omnus Business Trust and its subsidiaries reserve the right to alter or amend the location, dates and content of any or all of its events, in which case it will notify all participants as soon as possible.

Omnus Business Trust will publicize a sponsor or exhibitor's involvement on all relevant publicity materials from the date that the confirmation deposit is received.

Sponsors must pay the full amount agreed to before sponsorship will be accepted and confirmed. All sponsorship payments are non refundable or at the sole discretion of Omnus Business Trust.

Delegates must pay the full amount agreed to at the time of reserving a seat. Delegates' payments are non-refundable or may be refundable at the sole discretion of Omnus Business Trust. Any delegates that cancel their bookings prior to ten days of the event, may be refunded at the sole discretion of Omnus Business Trust or a full credit note may be given that will be valid for a full 12 months to attend any of our seminars of similar value.

Delegate fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the event. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates whose fees have not been paid in full and released by the bank into Omnus Business Trust's bank account at least one working day before the start of the event. Absolutely NO payments will be received AT the event to ensure safety and security. Only payments made according to our payment methods or systems are acceptable and Omnus Business Trust reserve the right to refuse entry to any delegate due to non payment in terms of this clause.

Refunds or Cancellations resulting from a delegate or student wishing to claim his or her Money back, may be refunded at the sole discretion of Omnus Business Trust.

Cancellations resulting from visa or other essential travel documents refusal by the authorities may be refunded at the sole discretion of Omnus Business Trust.

All costs incurred, which are not part of the services offered by the event organizers or their agents, by sponsors, exhibitors and delegates as a result of their attendance or non attendance at an event is the responsibility of the sponsors, exhibitors and delegates and not Omnus Business Trust or any associated company.

Bonusses, Hosting and Mentoring will only be made available at a date and time convenient to Omnus Business Trust and will be subject to Omnus Business Trust's terms and conditions it in its sole discretion determines to prevail.

You agree and give permission that reviews and or interviews done (if applicable) at the end of the workshop, seminar, course may be published on the webmentor.co.za website.

All prices plus VAT for South African organizations prizes do not include VAT.

Pricing policy

It is our policy to publish our prices as early as possible before publication or the date of an event. However should there be any unexpected variances in exchange rates between publishing our prices and the date of an event or publication, we reserve the right to change or amend our prices in one or all of the currencies in which we publish our prices. However, once a deposit is made, no increase in price will be made, despite any variance in exchange rate.
